An innovative approach to getting to the root cause of conflict in our lives in order to create a more fulfilling future.
There is still time to JOIN US while the conversations
Join me and discover how to make real change in your life, the nation and the world!
to show you how healing old wounds set the stage for creating real change.
The same skills that are needed to work through conflict on a larger scale are the same skills that will help us deepen, strengthen and repair our relationships at home, work and school.
Are you finding it difficult to listen to someone who disagrees with you? They’re wrong so why should you listen, right?
Do you feel challenged by having to deal with people who don’t understand or listen to you? Your ex? Your boss? Your mom?
Is all the arguing leaving you frustrated and wondering why there just can’t be peace? I mean your kids are constantly fighting, your mate explodes, your siblings don’t get along, even your neighbors aren’t that agreeable.
Is what’s happening in the nation causing further strain on your relationships with friends, family, co-workers and your love-life?
Tired of explaining the larger and deeper issues that have caused name-calling and separation to people who aren’t hearing you?
Wondering how to make real change in your life, the nation or the world?
If even one of these points has you saying...
“Yes, that’s Me!”
Healing what's been holding you back from living forward
Why peace in yourself, home, work and world begins with surfacing and resolving old wounds.
How to identify and talk about old wounds.
How unresolved issues affect our physical, emotional and mental health.
How and why the deeper wounds we are all experiencing right now in this country affect us on substantially different levels and what we can do about it.
I am Lynne Maureen Hurdle... known as The Conflict Closer.
I have invested over 30 years as a conflict resolution strategist, facilitator, speaker, coach, wife and mom who blends the connection between conflict and culture in to my unique style of engagement. At the age of 17, I experienced a racial bias incident where I was able to escape with my life and limbs intact. I came away with a clear knowing that somehow I had to be able to do the work of bringing people together to talk about these issues and resolve them. With the infusion of creative processes designed to create dialogue and teach skills, I empower my clients to create major shift in their lives.
My belief that helping people transform their lives begins with transforming your own, led to my well received 2012 TEDxWomen talk entitled, "The Weight of Hate."
Yes, I am committed to being the change that I want to see in the world.
The stories we make up about people in our heads affect the way we interact with them.
So, I am letting people tell their stories and you get to listen in.
Step 1 Every day I drop the link to the video interviews for that day in to your inbox starting on Monday, January 30th. You will learn at least 2 golden nuggets every day about resolving conflict, healing old wounds and moving forward. You will also receive a worksheet to record your notes and your nuggets.
Step 2 Every day I will be hosting a live stream on Facebook where I will discuss places where we disagree as well as find common ground with each other and have a Q&A dialogue where you will have a chance to reflect on anything that comes up for you during the summit. I will also do some laser coaching on some of the conflicts people are experiencing in their lives.
And it is all FREE!
So, join us as we H.E.A.L. in order to change the dynamics in our homes, in our jobs, in our relationships, in our communities, our nation and our world. In this summit, learning to H.E.A.L. forward is action that moves us toward significant and sustainable change.
